EHS Cougar Touchdown Club (EHSCTC) is a Colorado non-profit corporation and classified as a public charity with tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Contributions to EHSCTC are deductible under section 170 of the code.
The purpose of the EHS COUGAR TOUCHDOWN CLUB is to act as a charitable/educational organization, qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The corporation shall provide financial and volunteer support to the football and other youth sports and athletic programs, at the Evergreen High School; and, to foster positive physical, social and personal development for student-athletes through the development and support of the football and other athletic programs at the Evergreen High School, Evergreen, CO.

Program Development Committee: The Program Development Committee is responsible for promoting The EHS football program in area Elementary and Middle Schools as well as with Colorado Colleges and Universities and the conferences in which they participate (RMAC, Big Sky, Mountain West, PAC 10).
Promote football in Elementary and Middle Schools
Plan and execute feeder school visits/assemblies
Participate in EHS info nights for incoming freshmen
Develop relationships with colleges/universities to establish EHS as part of the pipeline for their programs
Develop processes/procedures to assist student athletes with college recruiting process
Work with local media to promote program
Prepare game recaps for in-school announcements
Enter statistics on prep websites
Fundraising Committee: The Fundraising Committee shall develop and coordinate year-round fundraising activities, ensuring that the football program is adequately funded for ongoing football operations and achievement of long-term goals. Website Committee: The Website Committee is responsible for the design and continuing operation of the EHS Football website. The responsibilities of the committee shall include:
Maintain pages with pertinent information and appropriate security for the Board of Directors, coaches, committees, teams, and general membership.
Maintain distribution lists for teams and membership and email reminders about various dates and locations.
Link/connect to other school/football sites (Bergen Meadow, Bergen Valley, Parmalee, Wilmot, EMS, MAMFA, RMAC, Big Sky, Mountain West, Big 12, etc)
Research and develop on-line college recruiting capabilities
Operations Committee: The Operations Committee shall ensure that all practice and game day football operations proceed in a timely and efficient manner. Committee responsibilities include
Responsible for maintenance and storage of all football program assets/facilities (uniforms, practice equipment, storage rooms and sheds).
